We loved being tucked up among the tall karri trees and away from the hussle and bussle. Lots of bird life and a kangaroo or two. Dog friendly too!

Our camping experience was truly enchanting, as we spent our nights immersed in the beauty of the starry sky, which felt almost magical. The warmth and hospitality of the owners made us feel right at home, enhancing our overall enjoyment of the stay. The property was alive with the delightful sounds of various birds, creating a serene atmosphere that added to the charm of our surroundings. Each morning, we were greeted by the cheerful chirping of these feathered friends, making our time here not only relaxing but also a wonderful opportunity to connect with nature.
We loved staying at Highway Hideaway. There is plenty of space and you can set up anywhere within your huge site. The 800m discovery trail was a highlight, we took the walk many times and found something new each time. Plenty of wildlife around too.
The site was stunning and very well thought out! The close proximity to highway was alleviated by lots of space, stunning trees, the host family’s amazing attention to detail. We were greeted with garden offerings by two little enthusiastic volunteers, it’s a very special part of the world, loved it. Wish we could have stayed for the week.
A brilliant and scenic spot not far from town, well maintained and shady. The host welcomed us with a gift basket of home grown produce.
Hidden Gem In Manjimup! We loved our stay at Highway Hideaway. You can tell they take great pride and the place is immaculate. They even surprised us with some homegrown goodies from their garden which we very much appreciated. We also were very lucky having the entire place to ourselves. We will definitely be recommending Highway Hideaway to family and friends.
Hidden highway treasure! This Hipcamp was awesome. Loved the layout of camp sites, the dam and the frog noises at night. Was heart warming that the kids in this family get involved with setting up with fire wood and the nook with games etc. You’ll love this place and great communication from perfect hosts. My dog wouldn’t get back in the car!!
We enjoyed our stay so much that we are going to book another staycation. The hospitality was amazing. Came to meet and greet with organic vegetables grown their own vegetable garden. Dogs were given ample exercise space and because the campsites were spread over a distance they didn’t bother any other campers. The morning sunrise was stunning. This is the best Hipcamp campsite we’ve ever stayed at. The host and his young daughters welcomed us to the property on arrival. It is so peaceful and beautiful with views. So relaxing.
